About Me
Hi I’m Mattia Mammarella, originally from Italy. I hold an academic background in business and finance, which has given me a solid foundation in economics, markets, and the dynamics that shape global systems.
I speak Italian and English fluently and have a working knowledge of French. I tend to think of myself as a generalist rather than a specialist—someone who enjoys exploring different fields and connecting ideas across disciplines to build a broader perspective.
My interests span a wide range of topics. I’m deeply curious about economics and natural health, while also fascinated by science and the future of technology, particularly areas such as physics, emerging energy technologies. Alongside these scientific interests, I’m drawn to the philosophical side of life, including spirituality and the deeper questions about the nature of reality and humanity’s place within it.
I first discovered Bitcoin in early 2014, a moment that sparked a lasting interest in decentralized technologies. Since then, I have been actively involved in the Italian Bitcoin community, contributing to its growth and helping foster awareness, dialogue, and understanding around this transformative technology. https://bitcointalk.org/matt1a/board=28.0
Currently, I work in the IT sector at the “G. d’Annunzio” University of Chieti–Pescara, where I am involved in IT operations, with a focus on helpdesk activities, user support, and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth and reliable day-to-day use of digital services.
Peace out .
